Our own Vickie Winslett is the driving force to create MS Alliance Against Suicide. This organization’s first event was held Saturday, July 27, 2019, at Vertical Church on Glucksdat Rd. in Madison County. During the three hour event, there was music provided by a single female religious singer and a religious rock band. Also, a male college student told his “story” to those gathered about the symptoms and signs an individual may be considering suicide. A silent auction was held with several works of art available to enter a bid.
