Anson Walker, trainer, and nutritionist spoke to our Madison Lions Club meeting on August 11, 2020.

Anson began with a part of his past life choices and steps he took to break the cycle.  First, he said, was acknowledging to himself and to others it was HIS choice alone and mistakes he made in his life.  That is now behind him.  Due to that life experience, he helps others work through similar issues to gain their life back.

He then discussed different vitamins and minerals to consider adding to your daily life  Exercise is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle as well.

Finally, Anson listed Eight Things To Enhance Your Life.  They are

Optimism

Courage

Focus

Decisiveness

Curiosity

Fairness

Thoughtfulness

Integrity
