The second meeting of the Metro Leos Club met, Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Corner Bakery on Lakeland Drive. Lions Club International requires there be at least ten (10) applications in order to start a club. The metro area students had twenty-one (21) at this meeting! A fantastic beginning.
President, Sarah Ross, mentioned during the meeting that all who wanted to be charter members must have their applications in by the following Monday. A project mentioned is to sponsor a community garage sale.
